It is very difficult to be positive in an environment that is working against itself. I like how you described all the disruptions and lack of organization in your school. I have experienced similar things in my old school however; I was pleasantly surprised that my new school does not.<br /><br />I would agree that the most important thing is to remain positive and convey the message that you care for each and everyone of the students equally even if you find it very difficult.
